Job Description

Ready to turn what you've learned in the classroom into real clinical practice? At BeesyKids PLT, our team supports children with autism and developmental differences through individualised, child-centred therapy — and we'd love for you to grow alongside us. As an intern, you'll be genuinely part of the team from day one, working one-on-one with children and gaining hands-on learning, close mentorship, and meaningful clinical exposure at every step.

You'll deliver individualised therapy sessions directly with children, contribute your input to session planning as part of a collaborative team effort, and apply what you've learned to real cases — not just observation. This internship starts September 2026, and for interns who thrive with us, there's a clear path toward a full-time Behavior Therapist role.

Your Growth & Impact

  • Accelerate your clinical skills by working one-on-one with children and putting your knowledge and training into practice in real sessions
  • Build hands-on experience by contributing to session planning as part of a collaborative team, learning how goals are set and adjusted for each child
  • Grow your professional network through daily mentorship and close collaboration with experienced therapists and supervisors
  • Set yourself up for a full-time Behavior Therapist role by showing up, growing, and making an impact throughout your internship

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in working with children with autism and developmental differences
  • Comfortable working one-on-one with children in a hands-on, practical setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take direction well
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to stay calm and consistent, even in challenging moments
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of commitment to the internship duration
  • Able to commit to the full internship period starting September 2026
  • No prior ABA experience required — training and mentorship will be provided
