Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, imaginative, and highly detailed Senior 3D Designer to join our creative team. Specialising in brand experiences, exhibitions, and immersive activations, we transform ideas into captivating spatial environments that leave a lasting impression.

In this senior role, you will take the lead in translating event concepts into visually striking and commercially viable 3D designs. From large-scale conferences and brand showcases to pop-up installations and premium launches, you will shape the creative direction of projects that blend innovation with real-world functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research, conceptualisation, and development of 3D visual concepts for events, exhibitions, and activations, ensuring designs align with client requirements and project goals.
  
• Develop compelling spatial and set designs that reinforce event narratives and meet production, branding, and experiential objectives.
   
• Interpret briefs with precision and deliver high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings with strong command of lighting, materiality, textures, and spatial composition (animation skills are an added advantage).
   
• Propose innovative design solutions that balance creativity with practicality, factoring in venue constraints, build feasibility, and logistical considerations.
   
• Ensure all concepts are achievable within project budgets, timelines, and technical limitations while maintaining creative excellence.
   
• Collaborate closely with account servicing, fabrication, and production teams to ensure the integrity of the design vision throughout development and execution.
   
• Provide creative and technical support during pitch stages, design revisions, technical refinements, and on-site coordination when required.
   
• Stay informed on emerging trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of our design output.
   

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in activation, event, or experiential exhibition design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  
• Strong design foundation with a solid understanding of spatial design, illustration, and layout development.
  
• Ability to interpret floor plans, sketches, and briefs to produce accurate and visually compelling 3D models.
  
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  
• Strong command of photorealistic rendering techniques, materials, lighting, and visualization workflows.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and production teams.
  
• Highly detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
