We are seeking a CAD-CAM Implant Technician with at least 2 years’ experience to manage and support our Implant Department, from digital design to case coordination.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Puts patient outcomes first — every implant restoration should deliver comfort, accuracy, and confidence.
- Has a problem-solving mindset and high EQ, able to manage challenges calmly and professionally.
- Values time discipline and organised workflows, especially in handling multiple implant cases.
- Communicates maturely and respectfully with dentists, teammates, and management.
- Is eager to improve — refining digital workflows, materials, and techniques.
Your Role:
- Handle implant cases end-to-end, including CAD design and coordination of production flow.
- Design implant-supported restorations (crowns, bridges, full-arch where applicable) using CAD/CAM systems.
- Collaborate closely with dentists to ensure accurate case planning, fit, and aesthetics.
- Troubleshoot implant-related issues (fit, angulation, workflow challenges) with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure implant cases meet quality, functional, and aesthetic standards before delivery.
- Take ownership of case management, timelines, and communication to keep operations smooth.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience handling implant cases using CAD/CAM workflows.
- Strong understanding of implant components, digital design principles, and lab workflows.
- High level of focus, organisation, and time management in a fast-paced lab environment.
- Mature communication style and ability to handle pressure constructively.
- Passion for patient care and pride in producing high-quality implant restorations.
Work Culture:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
