At Ben K Dental Lab, we believe exceptional implant restorations start with precision, responsibility, and care. We combine digital accuracy with patient-focused thinking to deliver implant solutions that restore confidence, function, and long-term success.
We are seeking a CAD-CAM Implant Technician with at least 2 years’ experience to manage and support our Implant Department, from digital design to case coordination.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

<li>Puts patient outcomes first — every implant restoration should deliver comfort, accuracy, and confidence.</li>
<li>Has a problem-solving mindset and high EQ, able to manage challenges calmly and professionally.</li>
<li>Values time discipline and organised workflows, especially in handling multiple implant cases.</li>
<li>Communicates maturely and respectfully with dentists, teammates, and management.</li>
<li>Is eager to improve — refining digital workflows, materials, and techniques.</li>
</ul>
Your Role:
<ul>
<li>Handle implant cases end-to-end, including CAD design and coordination of production flow.</li>
<li>Design implant-supported restorations (crowns, bridges, full-arch where applicable) using CAD/CAM systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with dentists to ensure accurate case planning, fit, and aesthetics.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot implant-related issues (fit, angulation, workflow challenges) with a solution-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Ensure implant cases meet quality, functional, and aesthetic standards before delivery.</li>
<li>Take ownership of case management, timelines, and communication to keep operations smooth.</li>
</ul>
