Our Mission

<li>Handle day-to-day credit control and administration functions and activities.</li><li>Attend to purchasers’ enquiries.</li><li>Prepare weekly aging reports.</li><li>Prepare and issue all required letters for progress billing and payment collection.</li><li>To monitor and follow-up the progress of payment from purchasers.</li><li>To handle all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.</li><li>To handle all documentation in relation to issuance of individual titles under the new Housing Act.</li><li>To handle vacant possession inclusive of coordination with internal departments.</li><li>To handle daily administration activities with property software, MHW.</li><li>Any other assigned tasks.</li>
