<li>Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors to effectively communicate progress, address issues, and manage expectations</li>
<li>Monitor project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed</li>
<li>Ensure project documentation, such as site reports, is maintained and updated regularly</li>
<li>Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to resolve any design or materials-related challenges</li>
