Job Description

1.  Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation
2. Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies
3. Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors to effectively communicate progress, address issues, and manage expectations
4. Monitor project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
5. Ensure project documentation, such as site reports, is maintained and updated regularly
6. Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to resolve any design or materials-related challenges

Job Requirements

1.  Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
2. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement detailed project plans
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting design drawings, specifications, and technical documents
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, designers, and contractors
5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
