Design Development
<ul>
<li>Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings aligned with project requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Translate concepts into clear construction and presentation drawings.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Design Coordination
<ul>
<li>Coordinate interior design elements with architectural, structural, and M&amp;E requirements to ensure smooth project execution.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams and consultants to resolve design and technical issues.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Site &amp; Project Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in site planning, site inspections, and progress monitoring to ensure design intent is properly executed.</li>
<li>Support quality control, safety, and cleanliness standards on site.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Drawing &amp; Documentation
<ul>
<li>Prepare and assist in supervising construction drawings, site measurements, and verification works.</li>
<li>Ensure drawings and specifications are accurate and up to date.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
3D &amp; Visualisation
<ul>
<li>Produce 3D visuals using 3D Studio Max to help communicate design concepts effectively.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing presentation materials when required.</li>
</ul>
Material &amp; Finishes Selection
<ul>
<li>Select materials, finishes, and fittings that meet design, budget, and functional requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and present sample boards and material proposals.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Client &amp; Stakeholder Coordination
<ul>
<li>Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and carpenters to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Participate in meetings and site discussions as required.</li>
</ul>
Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work collaboratively with other designers in the team.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to junior designers when needed and contribute to a positive team environment. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
