<li>Attend to homeowners/ customers / project inquires and close the sales.</li>
<li>To fully involve in design development stage with design team.</li>
<li>To provide full design consultation services to clients for residential project following the requirements of design and built service.</li>
<li>Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including all design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.</li>
<li>To prepare BQ, quotation submission, sample board proposal to client.</li>
<li>To plan, co-ordinate and control project from site inception to completion.</li>
<li>Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting&nbsp;</li>
<li>To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.</li>
<li>Provide customer service and support to clients throughout the design and project delivery process</li>
</ul>
