Beyond Group Holdings is a privately held, principal-led holding company founded by siblings Abang Brian and Sarah Chen-Spellings, built at the intersection of media, investment, and culture, with a U.S.–Malaysia base.

The firm manages investments and interests across real estate, private funds, media assets, and select operating and co-investment activities, focused on long-term value creation and category-defining platforms.

Abang Brian is a celebrity chef, media personality, and cultural storyteller, with over 15 years on screen across major broadcast platforms including MasterChef, QVC, StarMedia. He is the founder of Hungry Immigrant, a media and culinary platform exploring food, identity, and the immigrant experience.

Sarah Chen-Spellings is a globally recognized investor, media founder, and ecosystem builder. She is the co-founder of Beyond The Billion, which has mobilized over $1 billion into women-founded companies through a global consortium of venture funds, the creator and host of Billion Dollar Moves, and co-founder of Lean In Malaysia, reflecting her long-standing commitment to advancing women in leadership and capital.

We’re looking for a creative, high-agency Social Media Intern to work directly with Sarah Chen-Spellings — investor, speaker, and host of Billion Dollar Moves.
This role sits at the intersection of media, capital, and culture.
You’ll help shape how conversations with billionaires, unicorn founders, and leading global allocators are experienced across digital platforms and live events.
<h3>What You’ll Work On</h3>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Create short-form video edits and motion graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Design animated titles, quote graphics, and visual overlays aligned with Sarah’s brand • Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content at podcast recordings and curated events • Support photography and visual storytelling across platforms • Turn long-form interviews into compelling, high-retention clips • Assist in building and scheduling weekly content</li>

You will have real exposure to global founders, investors, and curated leadership convenings.
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>

<li>&nbsp;Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut; After Effects a plus) • Working knowledge of motion graphics and typography • Sharp eye for photography and composition • Passion for events and capturing moments in real time • Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and platform-native storytelling • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented</li>
