Supporting Sarah Chen-Spellings & Billion Dollar Moves

We’re looking for a creative, high-agency Social Media Intern to work directly with Sarah Chen-Spellings — investor, speaker, and host of Billion Dollar Moves.

This role sits at the intersection of media, capital, and culture.

You’ll help shape how conversations with billionaires, unicorn founders, and leading global allocators are experienced across digital platforms and live events.

What You’ll Work On

•  Create short-form video edits and motion graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Design animated titles, quote graphics, and visual overlays aligned with Sarah’s brand
  • Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content at podcast recordings and curated events
  • Support photography and visual storytelling across platforms
  • Turn long-form interviews into compelling, high-retention clips
  • Assist in building and scheduling weekly content

You will have real exposure to global founders, investors, and curated leadership convenings.

What We’re Looking For

•  Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut; After Effects a plus)
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics and typography
  • Sharp eye for photography and composition
  • Passion for events and capturing moments in real time
  • Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and platform-native storytelling
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented

Bonus if you:
• Understand venture capital, founders, or global business ecosystems
• Have edited podcast or interview content
• Think in headlines and visual frameworks

Job Requirements

Hard Skills (Technical)

•  Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or equivalent)
  • Basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
  • Short-form vertical video optimization (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Typography and layout fundamentals
  • Photography fundamentals (composition, lighting, framing)
  • Color correction and basic sound editing
  • Social platform formatting + export specs
  • Basic analytics literacy (understanding retention, CTR, hooks)
  • File organization + digital asset management

Bonus:
• Lightroom / Photoshop
• Canva (fast turnaround graphics)
• Basic camera operation for live events
• Understanding of podcast workflows
