The Head of Finance will lead and oversee all financial operations and strategic financial initiatives of the organization. This role will manage a team responsible for financial reporting and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, internal audit, ERP systems, as well as corporate finance activities including fundraising, investor relations and strategic planning. &nbsp;

ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;

Financial Operations&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead and oversee day-to-day financial operations of the organization.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Team Management and Development&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, including Accounts Payables and Receivables, Financial Reporting and Compliance, Budgeting and Forecasting, ERP, Treasury Manager, Internal Audit and others as applicable.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance team. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the finance department.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Budgeting and Forecasting&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Direct the budgeting and forecasting processes to support operational planning and strategic initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Treasury and Cash Management&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, banking relationships, investment strategies, debt management, and risk management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure optimal utilization of cash resources and liquidity planning. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Financial Compliance and Audit&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate internal and external audits, including managing relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
ERP System Management&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system to support efficient financial operations and reporting. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Corporate Finance&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing, to support the organization’s strategic objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategic financial plans, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Strategic Planning and Analysis&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead strategic financial planning initiatives and provide analysis of financial performance against key business metrics. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct market research and analysis to support growth and expansion strategies. &nbsp;</li>
