Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

<li>Support the development and execution of social media strategies to ensure alignment with BookXcess’ brand identity and business objectives.</li>
<li>Own and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and on-brand publishing.</li>
<li>Create, curate, and manage content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, and Xiaohongshu</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to optimise content and engagement.</li>
<li>Interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and contribute to building a strong online community.</li>
<li>Manage and moderate BookXcess’ online book community, fostering positive conversations and engagement</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external teams to promote new book releases, store openings, and special promotions.</li>
<li>Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid and organic social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations.</li>
<li>Support the sourcing, coordination, and execution of influencer marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to team members in executing social media initiatives</li>
<li>Work closely with marketing, PR, sales, and design teams to ensure brand voice consistency and cohesive messaging</li>
<li>Track and analyse social media performance, preparing monthly reports with actionable insights to stakeholders</li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; Brand Building
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to align campaigns with business objectives.</li>
<li>Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media to increase brand visibility.</li>
<li>Support partnerships with schools, libraries, and community groups to promote reading culture.</li>
