Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Store Performance

  • Drive sales by ensuring good customer service and strong in-store execution
  • Ensure stores follow company standards for cleanliness, display, pricing, and promotions
  • Observe how store execution affects sales and take action to improve results

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of around 20 outlets with support from FMs and Outlet Supervisors
  • Visit stores regularly to check standards, service, and operations
  • Conduct spot checks when needed, including at night, weekends, or public holidays

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Ensure stores maintain optimal stock levels to support sales
  • Improve stock accuracy through proper inventory management
  • Reduce shrinkage through discipline, controls, and follow-up
  • Work with store teams and suppliers to improve replenishment and stock handling

People Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a large field team to work towards the same goals
  • Support staff performance, development, and discipline

Customer service

  • Ensure a good customer experience in all outlets
  • Address recurring service issues and customer complaints

Cross-Functional & External Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Retail Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with landlords and suppliers
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve outlet issues quickly

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure outlets follow SOPs, licensing rules, and company policies
  • Support staff cost control and operational discipline

Job Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in convenience stores or multi-outlet retail
  • Experience managing multiple outlets
  • Strong interest in sales, stock control, and store performance
  • Good people management and communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours when needed
  • Must have own transport and a valid driving licence
  • Able to travel regularly between outlets
