Job Description

• Oversee a group of stores and work with respective down line to develop and implement short term and long term tactical plans in line with the company’s strategies
• Regular monitoring of store sales and ensure goals and expectations are achieved
  Lead, motivate and empower staff to maximize customer satisfactions, business results and ensuring continuous business growth
• Responsible to ensure store visual layout and projection are in compliance with SOP, well organised and properly merchandised
• Analysis of market to identify expansion opportunities within the area
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in retail operations management
• Great leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
• Self- motivated, with positive attitude and able to interact with all level of people and motivate others
• A team player with good problem-solving skills and possess high degree of integrity
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
