As a Finance &amp; Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting research, and providing insights to support investment decisions.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, industries, and specific companies to identify investment opportunities. Researching financial markets, analysing investment options.</li>
<li>Financial Analysis: Evaluate the financial health of companies by reviewing financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assess key financial ratios and metrics to gauge performance.</li>
<li>Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, including valuation, forecasting and scenario analysis.</li>
<li>Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on potential investments, including company financials, management teams, and competitive positioning.</li>
<li>Risk Assessment: Analyse the risk associated with potential investments, considering factors like market volatility, credit risk, and geopolitical events.</li>
<li>Investment Recommendations: Provide investment recommendations based on research findings, financial analysis, and risk assessments. Present investment proposals to clients or senior management.</li>
<li>Portfolio Sourcing and Management: Outreach and screen new, relevant, and exciting startups for investment purposes and assist in the management of client portfolios.</li>
<li>Reporting: Prepare pitch deck, business valuation and financial report for clients.</li>
<li>Client Communication: Collaborate with client service team and communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients, providing clear and concise information and reports.</li>
<li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all investment activities.</li>
