As a Full Stack AI Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience building real-world AI

applications while learning modern software engineering and AI development practices. 

As a Full Stack AI Engineer Intern you will work alongside experienced engineers on AI-powered applications, 

automation workflows, integrations and enterprise software projects covering the full product development lifecycle 

from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization. 

This role is in Malaysia and is a hybrid role. Work-from-Office is default, while Work-from-Home arrangements can be made based on necessity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Build user interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Develop APIs and integrate internal and third-party services.
• Support database design, implementation, and optimization.
• Assist in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
• Support the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI-powered features.
• Experiment with AI tools and frameworks and assist in evaluating and testing AI model performance.
• Build and support workflow automations using tools such as n8n and similar platforms.
• Assist in integrating AI applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities; apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Contribute to documentation and follow software engineering best practices and QA standards.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C# or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with frontend development (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular or equivalent) and backend development concepts and APIs.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and Git/version control.
• Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) or open-source AI frameworks is a plus.
• Personal attributes: passion for AI, curiosity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and good communication and teamwork skills.
