Key Responsibilities
TikTok &amp; Social Content

<li>Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms</li>
<li>Transform raw footage into engaging, social-first storytelling</li>
<li>Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms</li>
<li>Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds, and editing styles</li>
</ul>
TikTok Live Content
<ul>
<li>Cut and edit TikTok Live recordings into highlight clips and product-focused content</li>
<li>Identify key moments from live sessions and turn them into engaging short-form videos</li>
<li>Support live commerce content through post-live storytelling edits</li>
</ul>
Creative Ads &amp; Performance Content
<ul>
<li>Edit high-performing video creatives for TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid social platforms</li>
<li>Develop engaging, conversion-focused ads with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling</li>
<li>Create multiple variations of creatives for testing and optimisation</li>
<li>Turn UGC, campaign footage, and raw assets into polished performance-driven content</li>
<li>Ensure content aligns with brand direction while optimising for performance outcomes</li>

Scheduling Content

<li>Assist in scheduling content on TikTok Platform in accordance to Content Calendar</li>

AI &amp; Creative Tools

<li>Use AI tools to support ideation, editing, and content enhancement</li>
<li>Explore AI features for captions, subtitles, scripting, voiceovers, and generative content</li>
<li>Continuously experiment with new tools to improve creative output and efficiency</li>

Content Support (Secondary Role)

<li>Assist with content shoots when required, including capturing social-first footage for editing purposes</li>
<li>Support the Brand team during campaign shoots and content planning sessions</li>
