Job Description

The Senior Strategist acts as the project’s strategic anchor, turning data and market insights into sharp creative blueprints that inspire internal teams and win new business. Drives high-level strategic thinking and shapes impactful brand narratives across major client accounts, campaigns, and pitches. 

Key Responsibilities:

1) Pitch & Proposal Development

• Lead the development of strategic proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis while collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling strategic narratives.

2) Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and refine brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
• Conduct brand audits, market research, and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities. 

3) Marketing Collateral

• Develop strategic content for pitch decks, websites, social media, digital campaigns, and brand materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy, audience insights, and campaign objectives.

4) Stakeholder & Client Collaboration:

1. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align strategic direction with business goals and campaign objectives.
2. Present strategies and insights confidently while staying updated on industry trends and consumer behaviour.

KPI/Sucess Metrics

1. Strategic & creative output: Quality and effectiveness of brand strategies, campaign ideas, and marketing recommendations delivered.
2. Brand & content impact: Strength and consistency of messaging, storytelling, and content across campaigns and platforms.
3. Client & stakeholder management: Effectiveness in managing client relationships, presenting strategies, and aligning expectations.
4. Cross-functional collaboration & market insight: Ability to collaborate across teams while contributing relevant industry and consumer insights.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in strategy, brand consulting, or a related marketing role.
2. Proven track record in developing pitch proposals, brand strategies, and GTM plans.
3. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
4. Excellent writing skills, with experience creating content across various collaterals.
5. A strategic thinker who can translate data and insights into actionable marketing plans.
6. Ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects from strategy to execution.
7. Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
