We are looking for a motivated, diligent, and highly organized Junior Social Media Executive with a passion for social media to join our content &amp; strategy team at BLWN. As a Junior Social Media Executive, you will assist in managing our client’s social media platforms. You will support the creation of engaging content for various social media pages, monitor user engagement, and analyze feedback. Additionally, you will assist in reporting campaign success, researching competitors, and analyzing social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign effectiveness.

<li>Support the strategy, execution, and analysis of clients' and internal social media marketing initiatives, focusing on expanding brand awareness, customer loyalty, and conversions.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of our client’s social properties, supporting the brand voice, and helping to define goals and objectives for specific social media platforms.</li>
<li>Help execute social media campaigns, manage the social media advertising budget, oversee the social media content calendar, and liaise with paid influencer partners.</li>
<li>Prepare reports summarizing campaigns as well as monthly social media content performance, audience engagement, and advertising efforts. Identify opportunities to make social media campaigns more efficient and effective.</li>
<li>Coordinate with different departments to curate social media output.</li>
<li>Stay updated on changes to all pertinent social media applications. Inform the team on impactful news and emerging trends.</li>
