Job Description

The Social Media/Digital Designer will work closely with the Art Director as well as the social media and digital teams to create engaging visual and motion content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and digital design, has a strong grasp of current trends, and can translate brand messages into visually compelling static and animated content that drives engagement.

Responsibilities 

• Assist in creating visual content for social media platforms, including static posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and senior designers to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Design and adapt visuals for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the creation of social media campaigns, advertisements, and digital marketing materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share creative ideas and design directions.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the creative and marketing teams.
• Manage multiple design tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media tools, and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media or digital design work.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement trends.
• Good sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and make necessary design improvements.
• Prior internship, freelance, or agency experience in social media design is a plus.
