Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Content Design & Quality 

• Design and develop creative visual content for marketing, digital platforms, and internal use. 
• Ensure design outputs meet brand, quality, and messaging standards. 
• Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and achieve approval with minimal rework

2. Video Production 

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, social media, and promotional use. 
• Produce a minimum of 2–4 videos per month, including short-form and promotional videos. 
• Ensure video content aligns with campaign objectives and brand tone. 

3. Social Media Execution 

• Execute content posting according to the approved content calendar. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging social media visuals and videos. 
• Monitor engagement performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and interaction over time. 

4. Brand Consistency 

• Ensure all content and materials across sub-brands (Bareka, Work Anywhere, Haven+) adhere to established brand guidelines. 
• Maintain consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging across platforms. 
• Support updates or refinements to brand assets when required. 

5. Operational Efficiency 

• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines and project schedules. 
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal last-minute corrections or missed deadlines. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content execution and approvals.  

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, visual communications, or a related field.  
• 1-3 years of working experience in graphic design, videography, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Canva.  
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software is a plus). 
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies. 
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
