Key Responsibilities:
1.Content Design &amp; Quality&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Design and develop creative visual content for marketing, digital platforms, and internal use.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure design outputs meet brand, quality, and messaging standards.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and achieve approval with minimal rework</li>
</ul>
2. Video Production&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, social media, and promotional use.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Produce a minimum of 2–4 videos per month, including short-form and promotional videos.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure video content aligns with campaign objectives and brand tone.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
3. Social Media Execution&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Execute content posting according to the approved content calendar.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging social media visuals and videos.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor engagement performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and interaction over time.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
4. Brand Consistency&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Ensure all content and materials across sub-brands (Bareka, Work Anywhere, Haven+) adhere to established brand guidelines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging across platforms.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support updates or refinements to brand assets when required.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
5. Operational Efficiency&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines and project schedules.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal last-minute corrections or missed deadlines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content execution and approvals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
