We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service. 
• Drive sales growth through effective up-selling strategies and customer engagement initiatives. 
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations. 
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and operational excellence. 
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly. 
• Monitor staff performance and provide continuous guidance, support, and development. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations. 
• Coordinate with management to achieve operational and business goals.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only. 
• Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality management, or team leadership role. 
• Strong passion for customer service and staff development. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Positive attitude, responsible, and results-oriented. 
• Willing and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
