<li>Check and verify Boiler Specification Record (BSR) against customer requirements in sales contract.</li>
<li>Perform product stress calculation and drawings according to BSR, Boiler and Unfired Pressure Vessal (UPV) design code (BS1113/ASME) Sec. 1 or Sec. V111 Div. 1) and statutory regulations (FMA. 1967).</li>
<li>Liaise with 3rd inspecting party and JKKP for securing Boiler or UPV design approval.</li>
<li>Keep records on Boiler or UPV design approval in engineering server.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of the engineering design output from designer or draughtsman.</li>
<li>Issue fabrication drawings to workshop/contractors and register it into engineering server ‘Transmittal Record’.</li>
<li>Schedule Design Plan to meet product on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Site visit and improve existing boiler design as required.</li>
<li>Provide boiler technical data/information as required by internal customer. (internal customer includes project/production/QC/Sales team)</li>
<li>Assist in developing new product design.</li>
