What you’ll do:
To a significant extent, we will build the role around the right candidate, and their skills and interests. Core responsibilities may evolve over time based on the company's needs and your strengths.
Your primary focus:

<li>Attend and follow up with leads to offer our services.</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure quality delivery.</li>
<li>As the company grows, this role can easily transition into a leadership role. As we scale up, we need to transform a tiny sales operation into a massive one, and someone will need to lead that expansion, including:</li>
<li>Holistic responsibility for big growth goals and initiatives</li>
<li>Developing, standardizing, and improving prospecting and closing processes</li>
<li>Hiring, training, and managing sales teams, and scaling them up</li>
</ul>
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly and positive. You are the face to potential clients. You make the first impression. It's important that you establish a positive tone and maintain it -- even and especially when things get tough (e.g. with difficult personalities, challenging negotiations, or stressed out people).
Good at developing trust and rapport. In our industry, it's all about trust. You'll need to be the sort of person who can easily develop a friendly rapport with strangers, and build implicit trust through your interactions with them.
Flexible. The role is ultimately a growth hacking role; the specific tasks you might work on may vary as we learn new and better ways of acquiring clients. Plus, the role will evolve over time. It'll start out as a mostly do-it-yourself role, and then is expected to grow into a management &amp; leadership role as you hire teams to scale up what you were initially doing yourself.
