<p><strong>Live Stream Management</strong></p>
<p>Pre-Live: Prepare products, test equipment, and ensure all rundowns, banners, and vouchers are ready. During Live: Pin products, activate vouchers, respond to basic inquiries, and monitor audience engagement.</p>
<p>Post-Live: Collect products, save recordings, log performance metrics, and capture customer feedback.</p>

<li>Order Fulfilment Verify orders, pick and pack items, arrange courier services, update tracking details, and monitor returns.</li>
<li>Live Stream Run Down Welcome the audience, showcase products, engage with Q&amp;A and voucher activities, highlight final deals, and close the session with appreciation.</li>
<li>Ad-Hoc Operational Support Assist with additional assignments and e-commerce tasks as directed by your superior.</li>
