Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate and submit marketing materials to clients for review and approval.
• Assist in executing marketing plans with creativity and attention to detail.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance engagement.
• Serve as on-camera talent for videos, reels, interviews, and event coverage when needed.
• Edit own videos for social media, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
• Skilled in social media content creation and platform management, or willing to learn quickly.
• Creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
• Strong multitasking skills, able to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Confident and presentable, with the ability to appear comfortably in front of the camera.
• Proficient in editing own videos for social media content creation.
