- Work closely with our social media & performance marketing teams to develop concepts, reels, animated videos, short form videos, carousels and visuals for various clients
- Does product / photo shoots
- Does video shoots / reels
- Create animated graphics and videos using computer software such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices
- Design, edit & adapt visuals for paid online advertisements as well as social media content
- Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to improve individual and team contribution
- Continuously improve designers’ creative process and work
- Eventually lead the creative team

- Candidate must possess at least 5 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Hybrid work schedule (Office + Work From Home)
- Highly motivated, disciplined, proactive & independent
- Able to work with tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment
- Experience in advertising agency will be an added advantage
- Portfolio required
