<li>Create animated graphics and videos using computer software such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro</li>
<li>Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices</li>
<li>Design, edit &amp; adapt visuals for paid online advertisements as well as social media content</li>
<li>Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to improve individual and team contribution</li>
<li>Continuously improve designers’ creative process and work</li>
