<li>Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders with suppliers</li>
<li>Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and competitive pricing</li>
<li>Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand our procurement capabilities and drive cost savings</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials</li>
<li>Prepare and analyse procurement reports to inform strategic decision-making</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations</li>
<li>Ensure all documents involved in purchasing process are in proper record, traceable and in compliance to ISO certification requirements.</li>
<li>To attend to all purchase enquiries from requestors / suppliers.</li>
<li>Matching of all required documents (invoice, DO, PO &amp; PR).</li>
<li>Preparation of Purchase Orders.</li>
<li>To ensure proper filing of all purchasing documentation.</li>
