<li>Fully in charge for material planning, assist by Purchaser</li>
<li>Continuously sourcing of new material &amp;amp; new supplier to ensure better quality &amp;amp; cost.</li>
<li>To ensure sufficient material to support in house production &amp;amp; customer.</li>
<li>To monitor for incoming shipment from oversea or local delivery</li>
<li>To monitor for supplier’s delivery and ensure suppliers meet Elite’s requirement on lead time, quality, Cost and services.</li>
<li>To seek and source for better alternative material and liaise with suppliers for cost down.</li>
<li>To take charge for custom affairs as required by The Malaysian Trade classification &amp;amp; Custom Duties Order including Import Duties, Export Duties, Sales Tax, Import License (AP), Export License (AP) etc.</li>
<li>To in charge for application &amp;amp; renewal of Tax/Duty exemption.</li>
<li>To seek improvement in purchasing method and operation.</li>
