Job Description

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Brokoli Digital acts as both a performance strategist and client growth partner.

This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels while managing key client relationships and translating performance insights into business growth strategies.

Unlike traditional media buyers, this role requires a strong ability to combine creative thinking, analytical rigor, and strategic communication, particularly within modern algorithm-driven advertising ecosystems such as Meta Ads Manager powered by automation systems like Meta Andromeda.

The ideal candidate understands that performance marketing today is less about manual targeting and more about creative testing, data interpretation, and funnel architecture.

Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across platforms such as:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Ads
    • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Design campaign architectures for scaling, including:
    • Prospecting frameworks
    • Retargeting structures 
    • Budget allocation strategies
    • Incrementality-driven funnel testing
  • Align campaign objectives with business KPIs such as MER, CAC, ROAS, and LTV

Creative Strategy & Testing

  • Lead creative testing frameworks in alignment with algorithm-driven platforms like Meta Andromeda 
  • Work closely with designers and content teams to develop:
    • High-converting ad hooks
    • UGC-style creatives
    • Product education content
    • Persona-specific messaging
  • Use performance signals such as:
    • Thumbstop rate
    • Hook retention
    • CTR
    • Video hold rate
    • Conversion rate
      to guide creative iteration cycles.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
    • Google Analytics
    • Looker Studio
    • Shopify analytics
  • Interpret data across multiple levels:
    • Campaign level
    • Creative level
    • Audience clusters
    • Landing page performance
  • Diagnose growth bottlenecks including:
    • Audience fatigue
    • Creative fatigue
    • Landing page conversion issues
    • Funnel drop-offs
  • Translate insights into actionable growth experiments.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end paid media operations including:
    • Campaign setup
    • Budget management
    • Bid optimization
    • Scaling strategies
  • Implement advanced tactics such as:
    • Creative diversification
    • Incrementality testing
    • Advantage+ and algorithm-optimized campaign structures
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance volatility, and optimization windows. 

Client Management & Strategic Communication

  • Serve as the primary performance marketing advisor for assigned clients.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct:
    • Campaign performance reviews
    • Strategy workshops
    • Growth planning discussions
  • Align campaign strategies with client business goals such as:
    • revenue growth
    • customer acquisition
    • product launches
    • seasonal campaigns.



       

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3–5 years experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house). 
  • Hands-on experience managing ads on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen).
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategy, attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficiency in media planning, campaign structure logic, and data interpretation.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting client-facing decks and performance reports.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable guiding a small team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred.
     

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with DV360, GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, or TikTok Ads.
  • Familiar with eCommerce performance metrics (MER, AOV, LTV, CAC).
  • Previous exposure to high-spend or multi-market accounts.
  • Interest in automation, AI tools, or workflow efficiency.
