Job Description

• Assist the Site Supervisor with daily activities at the project site.
• Read and understand engineering drawings to support construction supervision.
• Monitor site progress, including structural works, concrete, and earthworks.
• Prepare daily site reports and other related project documentation.
• Help check material usage and quantities based on drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and site workers when needed.
• Use software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for technical tasks.
• Follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions throughout the internship.
• Learn and take initiative in new tasks assigned during the internship period.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Basic technical knowledge, including:

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

Familiarity with basic construction materials, structures, earthworks, and concrete.

Basic computer skills:

AutoCAD

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project (further training will be provided if needed)

Good communication and organizational skills:

Able to interact effectively with the site and office team

Willing to ask questions or report issues when necessary

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn:

Willing to work on-site and gain hands-on experience

Punctual, responsible, and disciplined

Possess a valid B2 and D driving license (motorcycle & car) and able to travel independently to project sites if required.

Available to start internship soon and commit to the full internship period (as required by the institution).
