The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. Responsibilities:&nbsp;
- Responsible and manage full spectrum end-end payroll operations, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and maintaining compliance to minimize audit risks;&nbsp;
- Registers/deregisters of countries' statutory social benefits to the relevant authorities;&nbsp;
- Prepare and process Termination Final payments including all the final calculations for leavers, separation packages and all related submissions for regulatory filings as/when required and any other off-cycle payment runs;&nbsp;
- Review tax reports and returns, address discrepancies and process necessary amendments;&nbsp;
- Preparation of monthly/yearly payroll reports, etc.;&nbsp;
- Perform Adhoc tasks as assigned.
