Mission

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, administration, training &amp; development, and ensuring HR policies and practices are in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Responsibilities
You will be working directly to our founding team for:
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, HR databases</li>
<li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with the Employment Act and other local labour laws.</li>
<li>Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and growth.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.</li>
<li>Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.</li>
<li>Prepare HR-related reports and analysis for management.</li>
<li>Responsible for payroll management and processing</li>
</ul>
