We are a results-driven eCommerce operations and social media marketing agency based in Penang, Malaysia. Our team builds and manages scalable brand ecosystems across major platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.

Our in-house brands — Cadoopet and Vetmomo — have become trusted names in the local pet care industry. In addition, we help clients across Malaysia from industries including interior design, lifestyle, health & beauty, and daily essentials to scale their presence online.

Key achievements include:

• 7-figure annual sales across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
• RM100,000+ monthly ad spend managed across Meta, TikTok & Google
• 10+ brand accounts managed on TikTok, IG, Facebook, XiaoHongShu
• Content production, campaign building, and eCommerce strategy — all under one roof

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing & Content Creation Intern, you will:

• Assist in shooting video content (framing, lighting, basic direction)
• Edit short-form videos (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools)
• Write copy for social media captions, ad hooks, and basic scripts
• Help plan and schedule posts across TikTok, IG, FB, etc
• Support ad campaign setup & monitoring (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Track performance metrics (CTR, cost per result, views, etc.)
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and product launches

Internship Details

• Location: George Town, Penang (In-office)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: Day shift
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Conversion Opportunity: Strong performers may be offered full-time roles

Job Requirements

We focus on real execution — this isn’t a "just watch and learn" internship. You'll be contributing to content and campaigns that actually go live.
