<p>We are seeking a talented Product Specialist / Consultant (Photography) to join our dynamic team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Selangor and will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to support our photography product range.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, helping them select the right Canon photography equipment and accessories to meet their needs.</li>
<li>Demonstrating and showcasing the features and capabilities of our photography products to customers in-store and at events.</li>
<li>Staying up to date with the latest photography equipment, technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice.</li>
<li>Liaising with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign activities and new product launches.</li>
<li>Organizing and facilitating photography workshops and training sessions for customers.</li>
<li>Maintaining an organised, well-stocked and visually appealing photography product display.</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service and handling customer queries and complaints effectively.</li>
</ul>
