Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion & Detailing
Educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of Soza Healthcare’s products.
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to each segment: hospitals, GPs, and pharmacies.
Sales & Territory Management
Execute sales strategies to achieve targets across assigned territories.
Customer Relationship Building with clients from hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly to maintain strong product visibility and engagement.
Foster long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and purchasing personnel.
Provide post-sales, clinical support and address product inquiries or issues promptly.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Submit timely reports on sales performance, customer visits, and inventory status.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in pharmaceutical or medical sales preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with business acumen, good time management and organizational skills.
Balances technical knowledge with commercial astuteness.
