What you’ll do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Showcase premium gold & jewellery, explain quality, craftsmanship and value to customers.
- Actively engage and advise customers, answer product enquiries, and close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and follow-ups.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to give confident advice.
What we offer:
- Guaranteed commission (first 3 months): RM 1,000 / month
- Transport allowance: RM 200 – RM 300 / month
- Full attendance bonus: RM 85 / month
- Meal allowance: RM 200 – RM 300 / month
- Performance bonus: RM 65 / month
- Birthday bonus: RM 65
- Living allowance (Genting only): RM 1,000 / month

Job Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Secondary / SPM / ‘O’ Level certificate holders.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong sales and customer-service attitude with the drive to close deals.
- Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, we especially need Mandarin-proficient consultants to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Good negotiation skills and confidence in handling transactions.
- Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur (IOI Puchong or Genting SkyAvenue).
- Interest in gems & jewellery and ambition to grow within a retail sales career.

Company Benefits
Annual Leave
Employees are entitled to 8 days of annual leave per year.
Medical Leave
Employees are entitled to 14 days of medical leave per year, subject to the submission of a valid medical certificate.

Probation Guarantee Commission (3 Months Only)
During the probation period, employees are entitled to a guaranteed commission of RM1,000 per month for three months.
Attendance Bonus
Employees are entitled to an attendance bonus of RM85, subject to no absence from work.
Birthday Allowance
Employees are entitled to a birthday allowance of RM65 as a token of appreciation and celebration.
