Our Company Culture

&nbsp;Site Engineer Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support the Principal Site Engineer in all daily site activities and coordination tasks.</li>
<li>Track and monitor site progress using Microsoft Project in accordance with the established project schedule.</li>
<li>Compile and organize all documentation related to Extension of Time (EOT), such as Site Instructions and Variation Orders, for submission to the Project Manager.</li>
<li>Advise the Project Manager and Construction Manager on issues causing delays and assist in preparing the necessary contractual correspondence to the Client and Subcontractors.</li>
<li>Prepare mini work programs as required, based on the Two Weeks Look Ahead Plan provided by the Construction Manager.</li>
<li>Prepare and update the Material Wastage Report to monitor usage and minimize loss.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit accurate and timely Site Daily Reports.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit Request for Inspection (RFI) forms to the Supervising Consultant prior to commencement of site works.</li>
<li>Plan and prepare site material requests to ensure timely availability of required items.</li>
<li>Prepare work-done sketches for works carried out by the Project Team and compile joint measurement sketches for works undertaken by Subcontractors for the Contracts Department’s monthly progress claims.</li>
<li>Supervise and monitor any staff under your responsibility as per the site organization chart.</li>
<li>Liaise with Consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth site progress. Any cost implications must be discussed with the Project Manager and Construction Manager prior to engaging the Consultant.</li>
<li>Review revised construction drawings for discrepancies and notify the QA/QC Engineer for follow-up.</li>
<li>Ensure all site works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings and decisions concluded via approved RFIs.</li>

QAQC Engineer Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support QA/QC Executive Engineer to carry out daily tasks</li>
<li>Support QA/QC Executive Engineer to ensure PQP are up to date and in designated place</li>
<li>Support QA/QC Executive Engineer to raise technical issue from site to Technical Department and follow up with Technical Department for in due course</li>
<li>To compile submission of material approval inclusive of material testing deemed necessary as stated in project specification</li>
<li>To monitor on the close-out progress of NCR raised</li>
<li>To monitor on the close-out progress of RFIS submitted</li>
<li>To ensure drawing folders at site with register list are up to date by liaising with Technical Department and ensure those folders are in designated place</li>
<li>To distribute latest construction drawings to Site Engineer, Site Superintendent and Subcontractor on behalf of Technical Department and to file the transmittal list</li>
<li>To ensure document folders at site with register list are up to date and in designated place</li>
<li>To compile as-built memo throughout the construction period</li>
<li>To participate in site and yard inspection with Project Team where deemed necessary</li>
<li>To record concrete cube markings for test cubes from concrete delivery and schedule testing and compile subsequent testing results for consultant supervising team’s approval</li>
<li>To attend material testing along with consultant supervising team’s engineers</li>
<li>To prepare presentation slides and minutes of meeting for Site-HQ Productivity meeting</li>
<li>To prepare and compile QAQC report, to compile Site-HQ Productivity report and to assist Project Manager in compiling Client Progress Report</li>
<li>To prepare method statement involving rectification works</li>
<li>To prepare submission of method statement involving rectification works, Testing Report, Calibration Report and Material Submission</li>
<li>To issue NCR to Subcontractor upon approval from Project Manager and/or Construction Manager and to monitor on the close out progress</li>
</ul>
