Job Description
- Assist in supervising and coordinating daily site construction activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report any delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly work progress reports.
- Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
- Support material planning, site inspections, and testing activities.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on construction status.
- Maintain proper site documentation and filing system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and QA/QC procedures.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Willing to work on-site and travel as required by project needs.
