We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in executing these initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Execute investment and acquisition projects that support business growth and prepare the company for a potential exit.</li>
<li>Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for acquisitions and internal projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Perform detailed market research to identify and assess M&amp;A opportunities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with external advisers and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Prepare and present materials for internal reviews, approvals, and strategic recommendations.</li>
</ul>
