About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in attracting and recruiting top talent. This internship provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to: 

• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks.
• Assist in screening potential employee resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in scheduling interviews.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure pipelines for strong candidates.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Participate in career fairs, and employee branding initiatives to promote our employer brand.
• Work with the People team to enhance data management as needed.

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Prior internship or coursework in HR or recruitment is desirable but not required.
• Professional Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay.
