<p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in attracting and recruiting top talent. This internship provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will be expected to:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks.</li>
<li>Assist in screening potential employee resumes to identify suitable candidates.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure pipelines for strong candidates.</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.</li>
<li>Participate in career fairs, and employee branding initiatives to promote our employer brand.</li>
<li>Work with the People team to enhance data management as needed.</li>
