Care Concierge is seeking a Marketing Intern with a strong interest in content creation and video storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys filming, editing, and designing content that educates, inspires, and connects with the community.

This internship goes beyond marketing. You will contribute to a mission centred on compassion, dignity, and giving back to seniors and the elderly, helping to share meaningful stories that support families, caregivers, and ageing communities across Malaysia.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow, who is not afraid of hard work or being challenged in a fast-paced, real-world environment. Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Assist in filming short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for marketing and educational content

Support photography and video shoots at events, Clubhouse sessions, and care facilities

Help draft captions, hooks, and simple scripts with empathy and clarity

Design, Editing & Publishing

Create visual content using Canva (posts, stories, simple layouts, thumbnails)

Edit basic videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar

Prepare and format content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Support content scheduling and publishing with the Marketing team

Marketing Support

Assist in brainstorming content ideas aligned with brand values and community impact

Support event coverage, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and testimonials

Help organise and manage digital content assets

Learning Exposure

Purpose-driven marketing and brand storytelling
Practical use of Canva, Adobe & Google Suites for digital marketing and social media
Content strategy in eldercare, caregiving, and active ageing
Exposure to community programmes, corporate initiatives, and public education
Direct mentorship from the Marketing Manager
