Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the manufacturing supply chain. This role is critical in managing and consolidating complex financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions. Strong data management skills are a must, along with the ability to conduct complex financial analyses across regions and make informed decisions based on key financial insights.

Key Accountabilities

  • Data Management & Consolidation (Must-Have):
    • Own the end-to-end process of collecting, cleaning, consolidating, and validating financial and operational data from ERP.
    • Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms to support accurate reporting and analysis.
    • Develop and maintain structured databases, data models, and automated reporting tools.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Prepare and present financial reports related to manufacturing supply chain performance, including COGS, inventory valuation, and working capital.
    • Conduct complex financial analyses across regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning.
  • Decision Support:
    • Make informed decisions using key financial information, providing actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Translate financial data into operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting:
    • Support the development of manufacturing supply chain budgets and forecasts by providing accurate historical data and predictive insights.
    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership:
    • Act as a strategic partner to operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
    • Foster strong relationships across departments and regions to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring & Risk Management:
    • Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor supply chain financial performance.
    • Identify financial risks and support mitigation strategies through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain finance or manufacturing finance, with a strong emphasis on data management and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and manufacturing data environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
