<p>Assist in the account payable functions to ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting and financial activities are execute effectively and efficiently.</p>
<p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide support on month-end and year-end closing, and complete monthly close procedures. Responsible for verifying seller documentations, AP payment, preparing AP aging and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>To verify and approve payment for seller transactions.</li>
<li>To verify transactions in Dingtalk form.</li>
<li>To perform manual creation of purchase transactions and car repair expenses in ERP.</li>
<li>To perform batch processing of purchase transactions into ERP.</li>
<li>To prepare bank reconciliation for payment accounts and transact bank charges in ERP.</li>
<li>To prepare trade creditor analysis.</li>
<li>To assist in month end stock-take.</li>
<li>To assist in managing audit and tax queries.</li>
<li>To perform other accounting / finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.</li>
