<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>CARSOME is looking for a qualified Branch Support Admin to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales team.</p>
<p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p>
<p><strong>Administrative Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Input order data into CMS.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external parties (e.g., insurance, ownership transfer).</li>
<li>Support ground operations and activities.</li>
<li>Maintain retail and environment outlook.</li>
<li>Check and update documents (e.g., Master List, eAuto, cross-check RC status).</li>
<li>Liaise with authorities for ownership transfers.</li>
<li>Upload documents to Google Drive and update the order list.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Financing Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle payment-related tasks: collection, validation, and receipt.</li>
<li>Request and manage receipts from financial institutions.</li>
<li>Manage petty cash and general invoices.</li>
<li>Verify and process car sales payments, parking, and trailer fees.</li>
<li>Print official receipts and petty cash documents.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Inventory Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage retail car keys and trade plates.</li>
<li>Monitor key management and stock measurement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Documentation Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collect, verify, and store documents as per requirement.</li>
<li>Prepare and upload dealer collection documents.</li>
<li>Verify and upload vehicle documents into the system.</li>
<li>Assist in cheque handling and bank transfers.</li>
<li>Handle seller transactions.</li>
<li>Assist to receive handover cars from different branches &amp; dealer collections.</li>
<li>Courier documents respective branches/dealers.</li>
</ul>
