They are responsible for providing application software development services and technical support to company projects and initiatives.</p><br> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and meet user needs. Assess the feasibility of design and project parameters within time and cost constraints.</li> <li>Evaluate user needs, develop code, and design new software for client use. Modify existing software to correct errors or improve performance.</li> <li>Assist with software testing, validation, installation, procedures, and programming. Ensure the application operates within established specifications.</li> <li>Gather and evaluate user feedback and modify software for better usability.</li> <li>Design databases for specific application areas.</li> <li>Identify required system performance standards and hardware configurations based on the client’s budget, security needs, and other parameters.</li> <li>Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems to support required applications.</li> <li>Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.</li> <li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.</li> <li>Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.</li> </ul> <strong><div><br></div>What You’ll Need:</strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.</li> <li>Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.</li> <li>Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
