They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.</p> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong> <ul> <li>Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities, across Johor &amp; Melaka area.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.</li> <li>Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.</li> <li>Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.</li> <li>Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.</li> <li>Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.</li> <li>Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.</li> <li>Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.</li> <li>Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.</li> </ul> <strong>What You’ll Need:</strong> <ul> <li>Willing to travel within Johor &amp; Melaka region using company's vehicle</li><li>High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver’s License required. GDL license is an added advantage.</li> <li>Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.</li> <li>Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.</li> <li>Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
