About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and providing data-driven insights through your expertise in data analytics and process improvement.


What You’ll Do:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: 
    • Gather, cleanse, transform, and analyse complex datasets from diverse sources.
    • Design, develop, and maintain the dashboard.
    • Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs
    • Identify key metrics, patterns, and actionable insights within the data.
  • Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement: 
    • Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize the current business processes.
    • Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., ESSA) and a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Develop, propose, and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: 
    • Partner with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Communicate analytical findings and process improvement recommendations.
    • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive alignment.

What You’ll Need:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
    • Proven ability to identify, lead, and implement successful process improvement initiatives.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau).
    • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
    • Experience in developing solutions using VBA is a plus.
    • Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Savant) is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Process improvement or continuous improvement mindset.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
