About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and providing data-driven insights through your expertise in data analytics and process improvement.
What You’ll Do: - Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather, cleanse, transform, and analyse complex datasets from diverse sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain the dashboard.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs
- Identify key metrics, patterns, and actionable insights within the data.
- Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize the current business processes.
- Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., ESSA) and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Develop, propose, and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
- Communicate analytical findings and process improvement recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive alignment.
What You’ll Need: - Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Proven ability to identify, lead, and implement successful process improvement initiatives.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau).
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Experience in developing solutions using VBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Savant) is advantageous.
