Detailed Description: &nbsp; <ul> <li>Providing computers, networks, servers, IT &amp; office equipment installation, configuration, management, maintenance and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Plan, manage, revise and continuously improve IT infrastructure, network topology, cabling and interconnect (i.e. network switch/hub, Wireless Access Points, and etc).</li> <li>Plan and maintain High Availability on IT infrastructure (uptime on systems, databases, network).</li> <li>Monitor and propose improvement/upgrade for systems and network growth demands.</li> <li>Ensure IT Systems and computer are secure and are compliant with Corporate IT Security Policy.</li> <li>Daily monitor the IT Service Request/ Incidents to ensure timely correction of any incidents.</li> <li>Maintain a proactive approach in attending to user’s requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow up within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the end user needs and system availability.</li> <li>Prepare technical documentation, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.</li> <li>Performing IT daily checklist to ensure server room tidiness and ensure all IT equipment are working fine.</li> <li>Liaise with Global IT Team and vendors to ensure projects, services and tasks are implemented as per specification and timely manner.</li> <li>To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.</li> </ul> Knowledge/Skills/Competencies: &nbsp; <ul> <li>Strong customer service orientation</li> <li>Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Good communication (both oral and written) and documentation skills.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of the Networking (Firewall and switches), Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment.
