Where Are We?

We are seeking a dynamic and organised candidate to join us as IT Support Executive. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities beyond those listed below, including contributing to the timely deployment of digital solutions that meet specifications, developing and implementing strategies, staying updated on optimal IT systems solutions, analyzing operations, and recommending enhancements. Your role will involve offering technical support through troubleshooting and resolving IT system issues that arise. The ability to create and implement in-house digital solutions will be advantageous for your career growth. Job Responsibilities 1. Serve as the IT support specialist responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems. 2. Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. 3. Provide training to users on IT-related topics. 4. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for all users across the Asia Pacific region. 5. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues and malfunctions. 6. Record and manage customer and employee inquiries. 7. Oversee office automation tools, devices, and help desk support, including Exchange email, security, and web hosting. 8. Collaborate with suppliers for quotes and conduct cost comparisons. 9. Facilitate the rollout of new applications. 10. Set up new user accounts in Active Directory. 11. Respond to service calls within agreed-upon timeframes.
