Job Description

1. Lead process engineering activities for design, commissioning, and optimization of water/wastewater treatment systems.
2. Support Project Engineers by providing technical guidance, reviewing process calculations and system specifications.
3. Participate in planning, scheduling, and coordination of project tasks to ensure alignment with engineering standards and client requirements.
4. Conduct detailed process analysis, system troubleshooting, and performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency.
5. Ensure process designs comply with local and international engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and control engineers for integrated project execution.
7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge development.
8. Support commissioning, testing, and site troubleshooting when required.
9. Perform other process‑related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment process design, including heat & mass balance, process control, and system optimization, particularly in microelectronics or pharmaceutical industries.
3. Strong knowledge of local and international codes, standards, and regulations.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Strong background in design and construction projects (advantage).
6. Experience with water/wastewater treatment plant operations (advantage).
7. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
