Responsibilities:

<li>• Responsible for structural design, drawing review, and optimization;</li>
<li>• Supervise and manage on-site structural works to ensure quality and safety;</li>
<li>• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution;</li>
<li>• Participate in project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.</li>

Fit-out Engineer
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>• Manage interior fit-out and finishing works for construction projects;</li>
<li>• Review construction drawings, coordinate design with execution, and solve technical issues on site;</li>
<li>• Control construction progress, quality, safety, and cost;</li>
<li>• Supervise material selection, delivery, and installation to meet project specifications;</li>
<li>• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.</li>
