Civil Engineer (Structure)

Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for structural design, drawing review, and optimization;
• • Supervise and manage on-site structural works to ensure quality and safety;
• • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution;
• • Participate in project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.

Fit-out Engineer

Responsibilities:

• • Manage interior fit-out and finishing works for construction projects;
• • Review construction drawings, coordinate design with execution, and solve technical issues on site;
• • Control construction progress, quality, safety, and cost;
• • Supervise material selection, delivery, and installation to meet project specifications;
• • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Job Requirements

Civil Engineer (Structure)

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related field;
• • Solid knowledge of structural design codes and construction standards;
• • Proven experience in structural analysis, design, and construction supervision;
• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS or related software;
• • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Fit-out Engineer

Requirements:

• • Degree or diploma in Engineering or related discipline;
• • At least 3 years of relevant experience in fit-out or finishing works;
• • Experience in large-scale projects or commercial interiors preferred;
• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office;
• • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
